Originally designed for a production company, the renovation of this existing 11,000sf industrial building in Hollywood features creative offices, screening room and an expansive chef’s kitchen. Exposed beams uphold the industrial aesthetic, while the addition of skylights and towering ficus creates a connection to the mezzanine and brings the outdoors in. Advertising agency, Mod Op, is the current tenant.
