This 3,200sf residence is the first project for the Shigematsu family. The transformation includes removal of interior walls to create an open plan with a new procession of public to private areas. Spaces are flip-flopped - main entry with service entry, kitchen with dining, and living room with family room - allowing for a seamless flow between the kitchen and family room.
