OCEAN VIEW AVE RESIDENCE
MAR VISTA, CA | 2020-2022

Our first project in Mar Vista is a small addition/remodel to an existing 1,700sf residence. A new dining room is added next to the remodeled kitchen. The enclosed patio/family room is replaced with a new vaulted roof. New skylights and glass doors, opening to the outdoor dining patio, complete the transformation.
