A three-unit building is reimagined as a multi-generational home for parents and their twin sons. Units 1 and 2 are thoughtfully renovated, while Unit 3 is expanded with an 800sf second-story addition. Interior walls are removed to create an open, connected living environment encompassing the kitchen, dining, and living areas. The new upper level introduces a study, laundry room, and a private primary suite.
