An unbuilt project, this 2,300sf residence was designed over the existing footprint. The open ground floor consists of the living room, dining room, kitchen, and guest bedroom. Bi-folding glass doors create a fluid connection to the outdoors, allowing for plenty of fresh air and natural light. The upper floor addition consists of a den and 2 primary suites with an expansive shared balcony overlooking the ground floor deck.
