DELAWARE AVE RESIDENCE 2
SANTA MONICA, CA | 2018-2019

This 1,400sf residence is the second project for the Shigematsu family. The transformation of this traditional style home includes removal of interior walls to create an open plan for the kitchen, dining and living space. Signature skylights in the kitchen and master bath usher in natural light while enhancing the open, airy feel. A new hall and fireplace create a direct connection to the backyard and sideyard patios, with a new primary suite added to the rear.
