ASHLAND AVE RESIDENCE

The transformation of this 1,100sf residence is a modernized interpretation of the beach city bungalow. The east portion is reconfigured to form the guest and primary suites. The west portion is rebuilt and expanded, creating the great room for the kitchen, dining and living spaces with signature skylights that usher in natural light and enhance its open, airy feel.
