The second project for the Thomas family, this 1,400sf California bungalow, is transformed and expanded to 2,300sft. Interior walls are removed to create a bright and airy open flow plan for the kitchen, dining and living space. Featured in multiple cooking shows, the chef’s kitchen boasts an island that spans over 12 feet in length⁠—the perfect spot to cook, gather and entertain. The new family room is fitted with french doors that open up to a new custom deck. The new primary suite, with access to the deck, features a pitched ceiling, spacious walk-in closet, and bathroom with steam shower and soaking tub.
